We are proud to share that @Nikhil Chawla & Associates have successfully obtained an order directing deposit of monies in a Section 9 petition under the Arbitration Act, against Badshah, with respect to the Hindi-Haryanvi song “Baawla” payment dispute.
The Court has directed artist Badshah to deposit an additional ₹50 lakh, taking the total security amount to ₹2.2 crore in connection with the case.
