Vansh has experience in trade mark prosecution, IP enforcement, copyright and design-related advisory, intermediary liability, online takedowns, and technology-related legal issues. His work includes assisting on trade mark oppositions, cancellation proceedings, written submissions, IP due diligence, prior-art searches, patent-landscape searches.

He has also written extensively on intellectual property, technology, arbitration, and competition-law issues, with publications in journals and platforms including the European Intellectual Property Review, Kluwer Copyright Blog, City Law Forum, and The IP Press. Vansh combines strong research capabilities with a practical approach to litigation strategy, drafting, client advisory, and IP portfolio support.
