Mr. Shivank Pratap Singh heads the corporate advisory and transactional practice at the firm. A graduate of the Delhi University, Mr. Pratap Singh started his practice in one of India’s leading corporate law firm AZB & Partners and thereafter at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Law Firm, in the corporate advisory practice. 

Mr. Singh has extensive experience in delivering high quality strategic advice and creative financing solutions to corporate and government clients. He also advises clients on employment contracts and compliances, restructuring advisory and mergers and acquisitions.
