Nikhil Chawla is the Founding Partner at NCA and the Head of Litigation Practice. Nikhil specializes in consulting clients in the area of intellectual property, commercial and technology law, including on issues arising out of emerging tech. His practice focusses on IP litigation, IP licensing, IP prosecution, IP transactions, brand development, prosecution, protection of trademarks, copyright, patent prosecution, data privacy and transactional law. He also advises clients on matters relating to acquisition and retention of intellectual property rights including licensing negotiations and litigates disputes related to such rights.
