We’re pleased to share that we successfully represented our Client, Preksha Interiors Pvt. Ltd., in a highly contested Trademark Infringement and Passing Off Suit (filed by the Plaintiffs – Ecotone System Pvt. Ltd. and Ecotone Acoustics Pvt. Ltd.) and in the Counter Claim (filed by our Client) relating to the infringing use of identical marks i.e. ‘ECOTONE’/’ECOTONE ACOUSTICS’ and associated device marks.

The significant aspect of the Order lies in the fact that our Client was able to secure an interim injunction restraining the Plaintiffs from using the ‘ECOTONE’ Family of Marks, even though the Plaintiffs’ primary case has been that they are allegedly the registered proprietor(s) of the Marks ‘ECOTONE’/’ECOTONE ACOUSTICS’ (although our Client has claimed them to be invalid).
